Flyer for a Terrace Martin Boiler Room show, New York, 2016.  I took a load of reference from Blue Note sleeves for this jazz show artwork. I liked the way they cropped images of musicians into shapes, so I used the border to show a picture of Terrace, with the flat colour centre of the flyer encroaching on him. I hoped to mimic the way the Blue Note sleeves made musicians look like they were straining to burst out of a tight space.
