"Hack" a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors.
This was an extra curricular brief that I took on at LBi as part of a small group of people from different disciplines. We decided to make a pair of Converse that would allow the wearer to check into their location by clicking their heels together three times, leaving a digital trail of everywhere they'd been. We delivered a pair of shoes that used an arduino board communicating with a Nexus 7 tablet via bluetooth to log the user's location. I took on the role of designer and created everything from the branding through to the accompanying Android app and packaging.
